The solar geomagnetic activity affects human health in many ways. If you suffer from migraines or have an illness, then you may experience headaches or be under stress with the solar activity index above 3. Solar activity affects the electromagnetic field of the Earth. Electric charges (electrons and ions) are the "regulators" in the aisles of cell membranes. They determine the basic processes of life cells. The molecules of the body tissues and especially the water molecules in them respond to changes in the external electromagnetic field, which orients them in certain directions, disrupting the normal operation of the human body. The solar magnetic storms generate additional biological currents, which lead to disruption of some physiological functions, increased incidents of heart attacks and sudden death.
